HOAEB Trading CC is a registered Namibian close corporation operating across four divisions: Information Technology & Web Services, Educational & Training Services, Catering & Hospitality Services, and Logistics & General Supply.
Can I commission more than one division for the same project?
Yes — this is exactly how HOAEB was structured. A single project contact can coordinate across divisions, for example a website build alongside staff training, or event catering alongside delivery logistics.
Which regions do you operate in?
We're headquartered in Otjiwarongo and serve clients across Namibia. Logistics reach and on-site delivery for catering and training may vary by region — get in touch to confirm coverage for your location.

How do I request a quote?

How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on scope — a single event might be a few weeks from brief to delivery, while a website build or training rollout can run several months. We confirm a realistic timeline in every proposal.
Do you work with fixed budgets?
Yes. Tell us your budget up front and we'll scope a proposal to fit it, or explain clearly where trade-offs would need to be made.

What happens after a project is delivered?
Every engagement closes with a formal handover. For IT projects this includes hosting and maintenance options; for training, certification records; for catering and logistics, a post-event or post-delivery review on request.
Do you offer ongoing contracts, not just once-off projects?
Yes — several clients retain us on standing arrangements, particularly for website maintenance, recurring training cohorts, and scheduled supply or distribution runs.
